realistic rankings
by: FreshmanWith everything taken into account having a lettered house matters but it won’t be the end of the world. What are the realistic frat rankings for spring 2018
#1 by: Actual Ranking
Top 10 with tdx, sig chi, and phi delt kicked off
1. Theta Chi - overall top now by default, still very bland
2. Pike - should be fine from the shooting but still no house, better bros than theta chi slightly
3. Skull - nice house and decent bros but on probation for a while
4. Kappa Sig - rising fast with the house but still have some weird brothers
5. Chi Phi - no house and falling fast
6. Phi Psi - same as kappa sig but crappier house
7. Chi psi - amazing house but way too snobby
8. TKE - no house, ok brothers
9. Sig Pi - don’t know much but seem ok
10. Pi kap - great dage house that’s it
SAE, DU, ZBT, DKE would be next but don’t feel like writing about them

if amazing house is enough to put chi psi on the list then you might as well throw AEPi up right under them
