I thought all fraternity parties were cancelled until Spring 2018?

Just bc a frat is kicked off doesnt mean they cant throw down. Just means they cant throw down on rutgers owned property and cant have school affiliated events. theyre not recognized by rutgers or nationals so theyre just a fun group of guys throwing a party basically....
