pike. they didn't have much of a house before, yet were still upper middle. now they'll be with the zeta psi mansion for the upcoming year. zeta is recolonizing soon as well, might be another good alternative.

Didn't realize Pike was getting the Zeta house. Thought Zeta was recolonizing with it this fall. How long do they have it for?

pike is not getting the house, they get a year lease until Zeta can fill up the house for next year. The house is Zeta's. Zeta is coming back very soon.

pike- known for best dages but with this house they're getting they could throw parties and give them that edge.Could move to top.

Skull- if they keep throwing good parties & mixing with too sororitys unless they loose their house they could always move to top.m this year.

Tke- wild card you really don't ever know what they're up to but they do have a huge unlettered house & dope dage spot on easton. Could move up to upper middle.

Kappa sig - with pretty dope dages already & having one of the best houses if they throw down consistently they could easily move to upper middle as well.
