No one is getting 18 college ave anytime soon. That house is owned by Zeta Psi and they want to recolonize the 2018/2019 school year. So for this upcoming year they want to fix up the house and stuff to keep it clean for their recolonization class.

the frats that had kids sign for 18 are dumb af the house has tons of cameras and its in their lease that they can't have alcohol in their rooms..you won't see any parties at 18 next year

some pikes (few pikapp) are living in 18 for next year to help fill up the mansion.

house is being refurbished

zetes are coming back.. only lit times ahead for RU :^)
