Curious who everyone thinks was most improved this year and will be making another jump in the fall. Here's a few who come to mind for me:
Phi Delt
Sig Pi
Phi Psi
TKE
Kappa Sig
Chi Psi

kappa sig - house/parties/dages should be upper middle
TKE - nice house/open parties also could be upper middle
Phi Delt - staying where they are solid parties / not good relations
Sig Pi - not a great house but throw down a good amount could live up to middle
Phi Psi - small house but throw decent parties stays low middle
Chi Psi - really only relevant cus the house they have
