No they're gpne... their alumni own 18 college ave but aren't letting any frat get it next year

Not too sure to write them off. Best chapter owned house. Alumni have money. (Current president of Ford/ founders of Peachtree Financial). Alumni on the Board of Trustees. National office wanting to get back a 170 year old chapter.
