is kappa sig top tier

I know they have a really nice house with a chandelier but have been on social probation for the last year. how are their sorority connections, philanthropy and parties. are they considered equal to pike and phi delt?

kappa sig is not relevant at all, their sorority relations are nonexistant. phi delt is slightly better than them but still irrelevant without sorority ties.

pike is way better than both of them but cant really consider them top tier

Honestly once they're off probation they're going to easily be too 6/7. Their common room parties & dages are bangers. Their biggest problem is that they need to get their relations up.

they are solidly below phi delt and miles off pike. theyre in the same tier as SAE, PHI psi, and sigma pi among others.
