phi mu fall rush

So i went through formal recruitment and i got picked back by phi mu for philanthropy and then i got dropped by them for preference sadly. I would so rush them again in the fall though so my questions are 1 would i still have a chance of getting a bid if i got into philanthropy but not pref and 2 whether or not they do informal recruitment every year or not. I really liked them and felt so at home :(

They are probably doing fall recruitment because most of their founding sisters are graduating. They won't be doing it every year
