Ooof parties always get shut down quick due to their location, brothers were very disrespectful towards my friends, only thing going for them is their house being on college ave which they’ll probably lose in 3-4 years due to Sammy owning the house

I wouldn’t be surprised either, however u sound like a geed, if u know anything about Greek life here at Rutgers: pikapp chi phi pike and tdx are the powerhouses of this campus. Realistically every other fraternity sucks
