Just for the record, they don't actually mix with ZTA and G Phi. Frats like Theta Chi and top sororities use them for their backyard. When the weather isn't nice, you will not see any of them doing something with these guys.

I had too much to drink at one of their parties and a bunch of their brothers kept trying to take me to their rooms. Luckily my friend was there and told them to back off. No girl should ever go alone there
