Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Rutgers University New Brunswick - RU 1.8 These guys are okay but that's about it. They have the worst lettered house at Rutgers and that red neon sign is an eye sore and makes them look even less classy than they already are. Definitely not top 5.
