lots of "bro" types, but mostly down-to-earth guys. Heavy drinkers, huge house, parties are pretty exclusive. They have a bunch of their guys that come from very privileged families, but I wouldn't say they're the "rich frat", nor do I think they're douchey about it. Overall solid group of guys.

Slightly above average guys really. Nice house, above average parties, and they suck at keller. Honestly, can be doing a lot more with such a prime location on campus.

Really good guys. Their parties are easily the best i've been to on campus and they have a really nice house that they keep clean. The young guys are really chill and smart and cute but some of the older guys are kinda weird. I don't think they're rich douche bags. I think they just know how to act like men and not stupid frat boys.
