I have nothing against these kids and don't know many of them, but how can you have a nice lettered house right on college ave and be this irrelevant? They're nice guys but they have trouble recruiting and they don't excel socially or in sports. They have all the resources. If they picked up the right group of guys they could work there way to the top

These guys are up and coming! All the weirdos graduated. Fresh faces, sick parties, and their involvement on and off campus is growing each and every semester. I feel they will be a top tier Fraternity in a few semesters...especially if they clean the outside of their house...

Every semester they're improving quite a bit. Very much involved in community service and greek life, and the parties are always fun.

Seriously.....these guys give everyone that impression they just don't care. Just look at their house (which is crying for a makeover) and not involved with campus activities. This is why they are looked at as underachievers. They need to step it up more and show everyone they are a good fraternity. But until then.....They are low-bottom tier.

honestly i don't know why these guys are ranked so seemingly low on here. They may have a house that could use repairs but they are good guys. my friends went here and told me i should come. their parties are fun and their definitely on the rise. their pledge class is has some really attractive guys. but they need to get more involved and get their name out there. if people think theyre creepy its because they throw parties but arent too involved.

incredibly lacking in all aspects considering they have a prime house right on college avenue. You never see the letters around, they have very little philanthropy, they do not have a popular name, and their social life is poor as well when compared to other lettered frats. They have a somewhat tight brotherhood, but not the tightest. This might sound cruel, but they have so much potential and have wasted it. They are virtually irrelevant on campus. Give your house up to Pike or use it.
