Their new freshman class is great lots of super nice kids, genuinely seem like they’re all best friends and are very sweet. Parties are pretty fun they have been getting better over the years. They’re In trouble right now but overall good status and connections on campus . Gonna miss them

Very chill group of guys, 1 convo n it feels like i’ve known these guys my whole life. Great parties and location too. House could use some work but it’s not the worst i’ve seen by far.
