I went to the house to meet the girls and see what they were all about, and they were very friendly to me. However, whenever I would run into them on campus or at a party, they would act very snobby and wouldn't even acknowledge me. I found that very disrespectful. If that's how they treat prospective pledges, then I'm not even interested in knowing how they treat each other. Work on your sisterhood.

I feel really bad that you guys didn't make numbers. Though, I did hear the way you guys went about recruitment this year contributed to your downfall as an organization. There were girls that wanted to be Alpha Chi that are nice and your type, that you didn't invite back. They probably could have been great sisters to you and you guys weren't yet in a position to be choosey anyway...well obviously since you only got four girls when quota was 30.
