They have a very solid party scene if that what your into, but it’s a geed fest. They don’t mix with anyone really but their parties are decent. Party space is pretty small though. They have decent ammount of brothers but highkey lack a bit of classiness. They would be pretty good if they were more classy and didn’t instant bid everyone that walks through their doors since they have some herbs.

Bottom tier fraternity, literally nothing more going for them. Empty parties. 0 connections. Very little campus presence. Literally nothing to do if you rush.

Currently top 5 could may be a top 3 some day but highkey live in ChiPhi’s and DPhis shadows. Also they end up getting in trouble each sem so they tend to not be able to throw at their main house a lot of times.

This frat has grown a lot in the last year, went from being bottom to a decent mid fraternity. If they keep growing and improve their sorority connects they could a be a good frat by the end of the sem but until then they are pretty mid. Pros: Growing Fast: Went from bottom to mid in a semester. Consistently Throws parties and have a decent crowd normally Decent philanthropy: does a lot of philo with groups. Cons: Location: main house is one of the furthest from campus but is pretty big, satellite is pretty close though Brotherhood: It’s medium sized so take it as you will Sororities: Don’t have that many connects but it’s getting better

Solid B tier fraternity, but the brothers are the biggest group of cornballs ever. They are off campus so are very limited to just parties and that’s about it.
