Is there a fraternity called Phi Kappa Mu or did they go off campus?

There was. However after battling the University for a number of years the rowdy lads called it a day. UD bought the house from the frat in 1980-81 as the frat was delinquent on its heating bills. Prime location, the school needed it. Sad to see it go as this place was party central from 1972-1986
