Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Dayton - UD 2.8 alot of us like these guys because they are nice. kinda friendzone nice but socials are okay with them nothing too amazing. decent for the new fraternity on campus i guess but nothing awesome. Partys kinda stink too

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Dayton - UD 2.2 The top 5 guys are decent, but once you get below that they're pretty weird. Awkward to hang out with and their early attempts to get decent guys involved seemed to fizz out. Their parties aren't fun either since there are only a few guys that can hold a conversation. They do seem to try to stay relevant on campus though.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Dayton - UD 2.4 I do know a couple boys in this fraternity and I do like them. Unfortunately they are new and it is tough to make a name for themselves. Seems like a lack of brotherhood and bond. Bids are given out to anyone. Heard that many can be creepy and socially awkward.
