Kappa Alpha is a group of great, good looking guys. They are not bottom tier, nor were they ever that low. I would say they are upper-middle on the way to being something significant, but who knows.

just cause u rage doesn't mean your a good frat at all. KA are just a bunch of idiots who think they're better than everyone else, and suck cause of it. Ask any brother how many mixers, NOT TOP TIER SORORITY but REGULAR MIXERS they have. 5 dg's showed up to their mixer with them lol. Honestly you'd be better of joining a club sport of any kind than being a KA cause they're basically irrelevant to greek life anyways.
