Still able to throw some of the best parties despite problems with the school. However, can be sketchy with harder substances. Decent sense of brotherhood and many great guys. Usually well dressed and heavy on private school guys. Definitely falling in overall rankings though as the last two pledge classes have been pretty bad. If Pika can't rebound immediately after getting one of the on-campus houses, look for them to be replaced in the Big 5.

I am not a Greek.Looking from the outside in,this fraternity looks to be the best on campus. If I go through rush I will look at this fraternity to be the one I pledge.

Top tier for now, but it'll probably change. Last pledge class was horribly small and not the most fun guys. Still throw great parties, but that's because of the upperclassmen. I'd say their status on campus as a top frat is from their past reputation, but over time its become more clear that they're losing some of their best guys and not picking up any really guys. They'll probably never become irrelevant, but are liable to slip into middle tier.
