They are more concerned about making quota than actually picking genuine girls. That's why they have so many different girls that don't really bond with each other. They don't even learn about their own history. All the frats call them phi-piggies.

when i went through recruitment i could tell that they weren't really being very true to me... it seemed like they didn't care about their new members very much. whether or not it was real they were pretty nice to me, i could just see through it.
