Kappa Delta Rho - ΚΔΡ Fraternity at West Chester University of Pennsylvania - WCUP 4.0 We're a top tier but fell off the past year primarily cause of a house party bust. But pretty much it's the average Joe frat. Not full of douches like pike. Kinda small house but it's not the worst.
