Top:
1. Ksig - best/most hyped parties, closest brotherhood and interesting/diverse culture, you hear stories tho about this house
2. Beta/Sig Chi - cool, good looking guys, very classic frat energy, good social events but worse bhood (very segmented) and less close which makes them 2

Upper:
AEPi - Clear Number 3 at WashU right now. Used to be too, last 2 PCs stunted energy. Lots of cool guys and def a good frat, but parties are not something school gets excited for.
4. SNU - Clear number 4 - need to invite freshman girls early to fill basement, don’t typically get top rushes and can’t outthrow any of top 2 or AEPi. Very good bhood and awesome guys with a great culture. Good frat in general, just not as big

Mid:
5. Alpha Delt - no crossover with any frat except for SNU above. Typically white, more academic, less cool guys. Big parties and crush the crowd they are in. Good frat for washu.
6. SAE - great parties but just a rlly small chapter that never fully puts it together during rush. Lots of rlly amazing guys tho and fun people but a lot of bots
