Abolitionists, Plz Help

Genuinely asking - what “funds originally allocated to Greek life” would be redistributed? I don’t understand what money this references. If chapters are disbanded, existing chapter funds would belong to nationals. I’m not aware of any funding from the university for Greek life, other than paying for Campus Life Advisors who would likely advise the new proposed student groups. Can someone explain what money is left to redistribute?
