rec letters and social resumes

Does anyone actually submit rec letters for formal recruitment? And is there an option to submit a social resume? I’ve heard mixed things

Yes they are super important. The most crucial part is to have good references like your best buds from high school. They account for almost 80% of the bid process so make sure you get good recs

don’t worry too much about those things. in most sororities it really doesn’t make a difference
