Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Akron - UAkron 5.0 The girls in this sorority are so kind and friendly to everyone not just each other. Also one of their members was in my math class and she was so smart she even helped me with my homework multiple times.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Akron - UAkron 4.0 I feel like people can get the wrong impression of a sorority when looking from the outside in. Get to know these girls, they’re pretty cool! Campus involvement as a chapter is something that could help with growth, but the aphis are most likely to be involved with and connect with non-greek members of student life. Overall down to earth girls and they aren’t caught up with only associating with members of greek life. An aphi is more likely to compliment your outfit or have a down to earth conversation rather than just shoving a philanthropy or strictly greek related content at you.

I feel like people can get the wrong impression of a sorority when looking from the outside in. Get to know these girls, they’re pretty cool! Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Akron - UAkron 4.4 I was an aphi for 4 years, and absolutely loved my experience. It is very sad and disappointing to see so many people degrading everything about it on here. I have aphi to thank for making my college experience the best. I felt love within my chapter, and panhellenic love the entire time i was a sorority woman. Super thankful for alpha phi - would not take it back for the world!

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Akron - UAkron 3.5 Let’s set the record straight. 1) Alpha Phi is not on academic or social probation as of this semester. 2) No, they were not almost kicked off campus. 3) No, they are not ran into the ground. As an Akron Alum, I was around to see the evolution of Greek life. I’ve had friends in Aphi who have been around to tell me things. Some wonderful people have taken over positions and the entire chapter has taken a 180. Their grades have improved and they were one of the top recruiters this fall. They do have things to work on as does every chapter but in no way are they close to “not existing.” Every semester their numbers go up. New members have taken Exec positions. Their involvement goes up. Everyone is so quick to bash and then when they try to fix things it’s never enough. Are certain things a problem? Yes. Sisterhood, turnover rate, and other things could definitely use improvement but to give the chapter a 1 is you choosing not to see improvement. They deserve a pat on the back.
