thoughts on farmhouse, akl or betas?

Fellow Cougs, guys and girls, what are your thoughts on these three houses? I'm guaranteed a spot at one of these houses and don't want to bother with the whole formal and informal process. What are your thoughts on each of these houses and which one should I decide on?

I like akl and betas. AKL is full of really sweet down to earth guys, I just know betas from homecoming

I know a guy in this house and he's the sweetest, him and his brothers walked my friends and I home soo in terms of safety frat boy wise, I'm pretty much okay with them. Idk bout the others tho
