beta theta or farmhouse? join or no?

Hey guys, during formal rush I ended up getting invitations back to few houses but decided not to join any due to other problems. I'm planning to join a house in the spring though so what are you opinions about these two houses since I have close friends at both places. Farmhouse and Beta Theta?
