diversity?

Pikes is not recognized as a fraternity by the University, so they aren't supposed to affiliate themselves with recognized houses or WSU. So if a house (Frat or sorority) hosts and official event (party) with Pikes and get caught then they risk the consequences from the University (Possibly unrecognized by University) this would lead to that house no longer being a sorority or fraternity (lose their house probably) The only reason Pikes are a frat and killing it still is their alumni completely bought the house from the U. So the U can't shut down the house, only the affiliation with wsu greek life. Pikes have stayed up as a top house despite WSU attempt to knock them down. Aren't as good as they once was, but as good once as they ever were.

whats up with Pikes are they top tier lol? I've heard that they're "unrecognized" what does that exactly mean?
