Does anyone know which sorority costs around ~$300 a semester?

I'm sorry but that's honestly laughable. Maybe the multi cultural and business sororities with no house do. All the good sororities with houses on Greek row cost AT LEAST $250 a month for live outs and that's cheap.

A) She probably means chapter dues, and the Greek life facts/figures do list 300 as the lowest semester dues. However, this is without costs they can't disclose such as social. It will be more like 700 a semester maybe... B) Don't take my name.

So having a house = "good" and supporting multi-culturality or a business focus = not good? Wow - DG much?

That is honestly laughable if you mean by semester you won't find any for under 1000 a semester
