Middle:

Bottom:
Tri Delt

I'd agree with all of that except I'd put theta between AGD and DG

Theta was definitely too generous. They are a top house now but not THE top, ya know? And xo and axo shouldn't be above g phi just yet

it was clear that a theta wrote this because no one in there right mind would put theta in as a top tier house. pretty accurate except move theta below to middle tier
