The only way to know is talk to one of the Pi Phi reps on campus. Only they know what they are willing to accept.

They should accept any girls they can get considering the chapter is just opening up again. I want to join this one as well, I wasn't able to get into Pullman in time for formal recruitment.
A nice girl on ask.fm told me some information about the house.
Basically the chapter wasn't recognized because of underage drinking, and another sorority is temp living in the house while the other is under construction.
All the former girls graduated.
If you look on pi phi's section of Greek rank it tells a little about where the house used to stand. Sadly since the university let go of the house there's really nothing on the WSU website other then it saying that the house should be recolonizing in spring 2015

I imagine the chapter needing stable girls with good intentions considering. I know theres a grade average to go through recruitment but I'm not sure what it is. But since the house is coming back in spring 2015 and assuming this is ur first year I think you need a 'C' or up but don't quote me on that.

In my opinion it'll really only go two ways:
1. They accept random girls to try to meet some sort of quota. Grades or not, just to get back in the flow of things
2. They find girls with good grades who will build the name back up

I just hope they don't end up on probation when they do come back.
