COB questions for fall

I’m looking to COB, but want a house that has an excellent sisterhood, is diverse and fun! Not necessarily a “top” house, but a middle house that has a good rep. Any recs?

Pi Phi are some super sweet girls and are pretty devoted to their sisterhood, and chi o is also some nice girls. KD is also the nicest girls and they actually focus on studies as well and partying.

ACHIO is mid too but are total try yards and are annoying
