Why would ever tell what-ever sorority you in to do this? Do you understand this needs mimimum 50+ girls and a house? As terrible as it sounds, these girls don't want live out without an actual nice sorority house. Phi-Mu needs to buy property and build an actual house. Recruiting girls to Phi-Mu would be easy, Alpha-Phi is terrible anyway, no one realistically likes them.
