why is alpha-phi considered the worst house at wsu?

To be completely honest and straight, why are people defining a sorority house of Alpha-Phi when there were a few bad people. None of us think Alpha-Phi deserves the hate they get here. Just because a few girls in former PCs were bad and terrible people, not all Alpha-Phis are like that. On a tree, if there over a hundred apples, just because a few of them are rotten, does that make the entire tree bad and not worth harvesting?
