Depends if you are rushing into a fraternity or sorority. If a fraternity, they would be cool with it if they really like you. In a sorority, not such much, they would want you to live-in the house. You have four semesters left, so are willing to at least live minimum one year in the house? To be honest with you, would you be willing the live the rest of your WSU in the house. There are technically live-in requirements but if you can pull strings with a certain house, you wouldn't have to live. Just to let you know, if you ask if you can live-out, they are going to look at you and say, "why can't live in the house". An example was my fraternity, it took 9 months, yes 9 months from meeting a fraternity brother to even step inside their house.
