I'm planning on transferring to WSU for fall 2019. I am in a fraternity at my current university but would like a completely fresh start when choosing a fraternity at WSU. What should I do?

Once you join a house, you cannot just join another one. I know they’ve granted the right to do that for extreme cases (like hazing).
