how do frats collect dues?

I was wondering do frats collect their dues on a monthly basis or is it one big check for the semester? I am also wondering what the average rent cost is and food cost is for a frat. I know all of this is different form frat to frat, just a rough average would be cool.

It honestly varies, some houses have flexible payment plans where you can pay like 200 a month until you get your social fee payed or whatever. Feel free to get in contact with the recruitment chairs and ask.
