Do any fraternity houses have ac? Also what are the difference between it and residence halls and is there any restrictions or information that I need to know

A/C, Pre-Madonna much? If you want A/C i'm sure a house such as PKT, maybe Farmhouse or Acacia, and that is about it who knows. You only need it till halfway through September, and you should be intoxicated or not in your room most time until then anyway.
