Tke never hangs out or has biads with other "top" houses really, so there won't be much hype behind the social scene outside of early september or nice days late april. I know my house thinks of them as a joke and laughed when they asked if we wanted to throw a biad.
I would go with Theta Chi because it is a solid and respected "top" house.
