Ive heard from like a bunch of people Phi Sigs are buying Phi Delts, but I heard Pi Kapps and Sigma Chi were interested too. Dchi doesnt have enough members to fill the place apparently

Why would sigma Nu need another house? Their house is huge. Plus- it's not like you could party at the new place? They are dry right

Sigma nu 100% bought dchi and named it sigma two. The main sigma nu house is dry but sigma two will be their wet, extremely large, liveout

There's no way Dchi bought Phi Delts, they literally have like 10 guys now. I heard Phi Gamma Delta or Phi Sigs already bought it
