What do girls think of Sigma Nu? Deciding between and phi delts

Hotel Cali isn't big enough for the amount of girls that go there though so until they buy delta chi then it'll be awkwardly cramped. pc15 and 14 are really attractive, Sign wherever you feel you'd be able to bond with the guys better. Phi delts has a crazy party room and they're fun. both are super social houses that have events three times a week and plenty of girls so you'll have a good time in either you choose

Sigma Nu doesn't really hang out with "top" sororities and have a legitimate dry house, but overall okay. Phi Delts hangs out with some "top" sororities and is basically Theta Chi but douchier and not as well liked on the row. Either house is a fine choice.

Both good houses. Id say sigma Nu because of delta chi, but it really doesn't matter either house will be sick and they always do events together. Cheers
