I hate to say this, but Phi Delts is a way better house than Fiji or DU. If you can put up with a lot of the dumb stuff they do and like the brothers then definitely go Phi Delts.

I am a big fan of DU and Fijis. Phi Delts is okay but party wise, DU is definitely the best

my house has had mixers with all of these houses. obviously phi delts is done. fiji hazes a lot to the point where its not brotherhood or fun. also theyre just hella weird. definitely DU. love those guys
