Tkes and sigma Nu are rising, not sure about pkt. Not a fan of theta chi at all and neither is my pc, any of those 3 are really good houses for parties and girls just choose which one you like the guys in most.

Sig nu not rising. Tkes good choice, choose pkt if your soft and though some girls may not like theta chi they are one of the top houses so they are a good option as well
