People have been reposting the same top frat list for the past four years and for some reason people on this site believe it, if you ask any girls or guys in the Greek system they'll agree with this updated list. This years frat rank
Top-Sae tkes theta chi delts(soon to be lowered because dry)
Upper middle-lambdas pi kapps phi delts, sigma nu pkt
Middle-du, sig eps, ato, Fiji, theta zi

Your list isn't even that different from what others post. ATO is still a top, for some reason everyone thinks because they are "dry" they instantly are lowered when they still hangout with the top sororities and have biads with top frats all the time. Same goes for delts, they will still be a top house. Being dry may make it harder to stay top but does not mean they won't continue to be a top house. And tkes are upper middle cause they are only relevant when the weathers nice

Delts will remain a good house, Ato hasn't been a good house in years, that's why girls never go there.
