Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at Washington State University - WSU 2.4 I've seen them and there are some cute girls but some not so cute and some strange girls. Random group...... There is no way to say they are top yet or if they are social or fun, or have a good siterhood, too soon.
