Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 1.0 honestly, handful of good looking guys but phi delta are classless. I tried to get into going here but couldn't. soo many douche bags. i only go here for biads and still can't really stand it. definitely not in top 5. mid tier, get the leftovers from good houses that see through the douchiness
