rushing for a fraternity as freshman during fall

I am newly enrolled freshman and I am interested in joining a frat. I was wondering if it is any harder to rush during the fall quarter than it is during winter or spring quarters?

No sooner is almost always better, a lot of frats are still trying to fill up their PCs if they didn't fill up during the summer and it's a good time to go out and meet people because fall quarter in the GS is a lot of fun!
