Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 2.8 Theta Chi is okay, some people call it the newer lamer version of Phi Psi or Sig Ep. Really nice house, but the brotherhood and classiness is lacking. I used to like them but some guy was super creepy at one of their parties and came on to one of my friends way too strong last year, so I haven't been a fan since.

Their location means they SHOULD have been a good house by now with their re founding but they've fallen flat.
