Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 3.6 These guys just refounded and are doing amazing. I have a couple friends in the house and when I come over I've been thoroughly impressed! A lot of my sorority friends really love these guys because they are gentlemen and also because they are a lot of fun! The house is kept nicer than most fraternities which is a plus for them. Negatives I've heard = parties can sometimes die out too early (but are supposedly fun while going) and that they don't have as many connections with sororities.

This is sad to hear. I am an alumnus of Uw and the GS and until 2010, Theta Chi'a were one of the strongest houses on campus. Great environment, awesome parties, and nobody even knew who Pi Kapps were.... I feel old, but selling the Annex was the worst decision ever! Place used to be so sick with the skybridge! I have heard they are on the rise in membership but hopefully they can get back to their pre 2010 status.
